RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids, also in case of a delay in delivery, the refund cannot take place, therefore you have to wait until you receive the article in order to proceed to the refund.
When there is a delay in delivery, the carrier or your local distribution office should be contacted. We cannot interfere with their traffic and order logistics systems.
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has certain parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
